Do you have your funnel properly set up? Is it constantly connecting you to new prospects, nurturing those leads and getting those leads on the phone so you can close the deal? If not you’re probably experiencing the financial roller coaster where you don’t have a constant stream of leads coming in, which can be very stressful and frustrating.
The funnel is simple to understand yet sometimes not so simple to set up and maintain. Below is a brief description of each step in the funnel and questions to see if your funnel is a well-oiled machine.
Connect – you need several different avenues that get you in front of your ideal audience that allows you to connect and engage with them. Are you hanging out with your ideal clients?
Nurture – people buy and invest with people they like, know and trust so you need strategies and processes that gives you constant “touch” points with your prospects. I read somewhere that on average someone needs to be exposed to your business at least 7 times before they’ll invest in what you have to offer. It’s important to have processes in place that gives your prospects consistent and frequent touch points to build on that like, know and trust. Staying top of mind with your prospects is crucial. Are your prospects getting enough touch points with you?
Call – do you have processes in place that predictably get you on the phone with your prospects? That however, they initially connect with you that you have a reliable system in place that gets them to take the next step with you?
Convert – are you good at the enrollment process? Once you have a prospect on the phone are you good at explaining the value and transformation that you provide? If you were to have 10 calls with prospects how many on average would you close?
Retain – once you have a client do you have processes that have them coming back for more and more? Do have additional programs, products, memberships to keep them with you? What do you do that’s special for your clients?
